Named ‘Cielo’, the Italian word for sky, the Maserati MC20 Coupe’s open-top sibling features a convertible glass electrochromic roof that can be electronically dimmed to be opaque. This 2023 MC20 Cielo is finished in Exclusive Rosso Vincente over a Nero/Rosso interior and is optioned with 3-layer paint, 20” MMXX gloss black diamond-cut wheels, an E-LSD electronic differential, and more.
The MC20’s bodywork was wind tunnel-developed in coordination with motorsport engineering firm Dallara and incorporates an aggressive front splitter, side skirts, and a rear diffuser for aerodynamics. Finished in Exclusive Rosso Vincente, this MC20 Cielo features optional red brake calipers, 20” MMXX gloss black diamond-cut wheels, and dark exhaust tips. Other features include a power-folding electrochromic glass roof panel which opens and closes in approximately 12 seconds, dihedral doors, full LED lighting, and parking sensors. Inside, this MC20 presents Nero and Rosso dual-tone leather and Alcantara upholstery, featuring optional heated seats, Trident-embroidered headrests, an electronically adjustable steering column, and a security alarm system. Powered by Maserati’s Nettuno 90° twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine equipped with a dry-sump lubrication system, the MC20 Cielo produces up to 621 HP and 538 lb.-ft of torque, sent to the rear wheels by way of an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. This example was optioned with an electronic limited-slip differential (E-LSD), enabling acceleration from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3 seconds with a claimed top speed of over 200 MPH.
